All services provided by Article Doctor are "as is." While we will diligently work to remove all writing mistakes, writing style is a matter of taste. No one can guarantee that your writing, or our helpful editing, will please everyone, get you the grade you want, do anything specific. We are honest and do not try to make sweeping claims.

FREE MEMBERSHIP
Membership in Article Doctor is free. We reserve the right to remove any Member who, in our view, disobeys this Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy.

PROFANITY, HATE SPEECH, ETC.
Article Doctor is pleased to provide you with a free place to store your articles. Members may not use their page to post or store articles that are profane, lascivious, pornographic, "hate speech," attacking, denigrating, scurrilous, or inflammatory. (Uploaded works will be deleted from our database as soon as they are edited.)

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EDIT AND SELECT
Article Doctor reserves the right to select from articles submitted by any Member for review. If, in the sole view of Article Doctor, any article does not meet standards of decent propriety, or is not worth the trouble of revising, Article Doctor will reimburse the cost of the article and e-mail the Member with our reason for refusing the work.

FEES
Personalized help from Article Doctor comes at a fee. The present fees are $2.99 per article, plus half a cent a word.

PAYMENT IS BY PAYPAL
Payment for specific help is to be paid up front. Payment, once accepted, can only be refunded at the sole discretion of Article Doctor. You may not request a refund for any reason. We only accept PayPal.

COPYRIGHTS
Your copyright remains your own. Article Doctor makes no claim to your article, either before or after revision. By sending us your article, you agree to take full responsibility for your article, its accuracy, and its use. You indemnify us from any damages that may arise because of your article.

NOT ASSOCIATED WITH OTHER SITES
Article Doctor is in no way associated with eHow, Xomba, or any of the other online companies we mention. Use these companies and their services at your sole discretion.

While we make every effort to preserve your articles, we cannot guarantee this free service. We cannot be held responsible for loss of your article or articles due to hacking, terrorism, hardware failure, acts of God, or disruption in service. (NOTE: If you use our free upload service for documents, we will delete your document as soon as we edit it.)

MODIFYING THE SITE
At times we may pull Article Doctor out of service to accomplish important maintenance. We cannot guarantee access or use of the service during this time.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE
You are free to cancel your membership with us at any time. To do so, simply e-mail unsubscribe@articledoctor.net with "remove me" in the subject line. We reserve the right to cancel your service at any time for any reason.
